Our History
Two friends from one of the world’s leading producers of software had a vision: To provide effective Customer Engagement and Commerce Solutions to businesses of all sizes. Consnet started off with two, and has grown into a business with over 90 staff members. Consnet continues to grow organically from strength to strength under the leadership of four Directors who have the necessary skills to continue driving the organisation’s vision.
Founded in 2004, Consnet started off in Johannesburg, providing SAP CRM Solutions and SAP Training for customers. Since then, Consnet has evolved with market trends. In addition, our business has since established itself as the largest pure-play Customer Engagement and Commerce (CRM), eCommerce, Mobility, and IT Service practice in South Africa.

With a current shareholding of the company is divided among four shareholders. For instance, Consnet has a strategy in place to employ from the previously disadvantaged groups. Thus, we believe in investing in the development of employees. In addition, we aim to procure goods and services from external parties that show a BEE strategy.
Our Presence
Our head-office is based in Johannesburg, with a satellite office in Cape Town, and a small presence in Durban. In addition, we have a keen interest in expanding across the borders of South Africa, into countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, etc. Similarly, international projects are customer specific delivered through a blend of onsite and remote consulting based on customer needs.
Above all, our staff compliment consists of approximately 90 expert consultants with point-skills in all the solutions offered.
