CONSNET provides support services to various clients. We believe that for a company to fully realise the return on its investment in its software, it is necessary to have a stable system and be able to continuously improve on this foundation. The CONSNET vision for its Support Organisation is “To be the preferred supplier of outsourced application management services for SAP CRM”.
The Mission Statement for CONSNET support is:

“Consnet is utilised for add hoc support when expert skill is required in order to resolve difficult problems on the VWSA CRM system, the SAP CRM system is used to support our Customer Interaction Centre which operates around the clock to provide mission critical support to our large customer base, Consnet does not have an official support agreement with VWSA, however, when a call is made requesting support, Consnet is usually on our systems “Remotely” within 30 minutes of the request until positive call closure.
